Very friendly from owner to manager to staff. Clean, well taken care of and I really mean they care! They keep an eye on and shoo away any inkling of riff raff. The property is watched by LASD in a tower camera. I feel very safe here.

I needed a place to stay near my sister in law's house and this was so convenient! The rates were so affordable especially on a Saturday night, i hope this doesn't change! Coming in from the street I was a little skeptical and nervous about how the hotel was going to turn out but once I turned into the parking lot, I was impressed. Looked very new and modern. Checking in was easy, they were already ready for us and the staff was so friendly. He accommodated me and my family very well and put us in their largest room. When we got in the room we noticed how big it really was, way more than we needed for the quick stay but it was really nice! The bathroom was really clean, big closet, nice work area and little couch for comfort. We had 2 queen sized beds which were a perfect fit. I must say I was very impressed! The ONLY thing I would comment on is the firmness of the bed. It was really firm and not much comfortable. Check out is at 11 am and the next morning I woke up at 1045!! They were very accommodating for us when I asked for at least an hour. He asked how our stay was and everyone was just so friendly! I look forward to coming back if I'm in the area again

Was a bit hesitant as I've heard safety can be an issue in certain places in LA but it was a nice quiet area. One of those safety locks would be a great addition actually. Clean rooms tho had a bit of a smell to it. We got there hours earlier and were able to pay extra to check in early which I was relieved about as I didn't want to be traveling with luggage, very nice service at the front desk. Location-wise it's more on the opposite end of where a lot of attractions are but in a way it's better since it feels away from too much movement. Plenty of parking with a lot of illumination.

My daughter and I stayed here for 8 days during vacation. The gentleman at the counter let us check in 3 hours early for a small fee. He was even going to pay out of his own pocket if I couldn't find the $5 in my purse. He was so very kind. The room wasn't bad. There's a mini fridge, so my daughter and I just went grocery shopping at the Target down the street and filled the fridge with items we could eat. We don't have any complaints. The owners were nice, housekeeping came every other day and the hotel has tons of shops, food places and a gas station next door. Norms was delicious!

I had a great experience during my stay at this motel. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which immediately made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the fact that I was able to transfer rooms to better accommodate my group, even though I hadn't initially booked enough space. One of my concerns was hearing negative things about the area, but to my surprise, I found it to be quite pleasant. The owner of the nearby liquor store was also very friendly, and the area's recent renovations, including the roads, made it a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Plus, there was ample parking available, which was a big bonus. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Loved the hotel here. Definitely going to stay here next time I visit LA. I believe it was the manager? or someone else working over the last weekend, he was super super nice. Check in was fairly simple and super fast. Rooms were clean, washroom was clean. Just wished the shower had a lot more water pressure as it was very light. Overall a good hotel. Noise levels, You can hear the doors slam but that wasn’t an issue since i’m a heavy sleeper. Only downside is that if you’re going northbound of rosemead blvd you can’t turn left you have to make a U Turn, or if you’re coming out of the hotel you can only turn right.

Hands down if you care about elite customer service, safety and care for property this is the spot! Forget the weight rooms and extra amenities. Yes it doesn't have that but when you have staff and super clean rooms that care. Better than cheap motels, beds nice and no roaches or dirtyness. SERVICE That is the feeling of some better 4 stars and 5 stars I been. They were even steaming concrete and will work with your accommodations. And for price and value and location. This is the spot. The main manager is so awesome!
